Why KMS?

Building people. Strengthening families. Connecting communities. Creating legacy.

Kingdom Marketplace Summit was created from a belief that ministry should not stop at the walls of a church, and community transformation cannot happen through inspiration alone.

Kingdom Influencers Church now operates primarily as a virtual ministry, with Pastor Lateka S. Carter intentionally focusing on teaching, equipping, and developing Kingdom Influencers for life and marketplace ministry.

Through virtual teaching, KI Church helps individuals strengthen their relationship with God the Father, build healthier relationships within their families and ministry communities, identify their God-given gifts and talents, and understand how those gifts can be used to influence the marketplaces and communities they have been called to serve.

But being a virtual church does not mean being disconnected from the community.

When God gives us an assignment to gather, serve, partner, or meet a specific need, we go.

KMS is one of those assignments.

Bridging the Gap Between People and Resources

There are people in our communities carrying real questions, real challenges, real dreams, and real pain points.

They may need help understanding credit.

They may want to purchase a home but do not know where to begin.

They may need career guidance, business resources, healthcare information, insurance education, or connections to professionals who can help them make informed decisions.

Others may have the knowledge, services, experience, and resources those individuals need but never have the opportunity to meet them.

KMS exists to help bridge that gap.

We bring community stakeholders, marketplace leaders, professionals, organizations, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, and individuals into the same ecosystem so that conversations can become connections and connections can become opportunities for growth.

We are not interested in simply filling a room for one day.

We are building relationships that can continue long after the Summit ends.

 KMS is the bridge between people, purpose, resources, relationships, and the communities we are called to serve.

 We may gather virtually for church, but our Kingdom assignment still requires us to show up physically in the communities we serve.

Why the Marketplace Connection Experience?

The Marketplace Connection Experience was created because meaningful growth often happens through the right relationship, the right resource, or the right conversation.

This dedicated networking window gives attendees time to move beyond the stage and connect directly with Community Partners, marketplace leaders, business owners, professionals, vendors, and one another.

While enjoying Small Plates, attendees can exchange ideas, ask questions, discover resources, build relationships, and explore opportunities that may support their personal, professional, family, or business goals.

This experience is designed to help turn introductions into relationships and relationships into opportunities.

It is where attendees can:

The Private Q&A experience was created to give attendees something that large events often cannot provide: direct access.

During the Marketplace Connection Experience, attendees will have an opportunity to schedule a brief 10-minute conversation with participating Summit leaders and Community Partners.

These conversations are designed to help you move beyond general information and ask questions that are more specific to your situation, goals, or next steps.

Whether your question is about credit, homeownership, career development, business, insurance, health resources, or another area represented at the Summit, this is your opportunity to connect personally with someone who may be able to provide insight, education, or direction.

Don’t just hear from the leaders. Sit down with them.

These sessions are intentionally:

Appointments are limited and based on leader availability. They are designed as brief educational Q&A conversations and do not replace professional financial, legal, medical, or other licensed advisory services.

After a powerful day of marketplace conversations, meaningful connections, and practical resources, we intentionally shift the atmosphere and make room for spiritual renewal.

The Revival portion of Kingdom Marketplace Summit is designed to strengthen, refresh, and pour back into the people who are building, leading, serving, and showing up in every area of life.

This is a time for worship, the Word of God, prayer, ministry, and the presence of God to meet people in a real and personal way.

Because while strategy, resources, and relationships matter, we also believe people need spiritual strength, encouragement, healing, and renewal.

Revival Only

No registration is needed to attend for the revival 3pm-5pm.

Come expecting a powerful atmosphere where faith is stirred, hearts are refreshed, and lives are impacted.
