Founded by Coach & Pastor Lateka S. Carter, Kingdom F.I.T. Life Academy was created to bridge the gap between healing, purpose, faith, leadership, and personal transformation. We believe true success begins within. Before individuals can fully thrive in business, relationships, leadership, ministry, or life, healing and alignment must first take place at the heart level.

At Kingdom F.I.T. Life Academy, we provide transformational experiences through coaching, mentorship, workshops, strategic development, and faith-based empowerment designed to help individuals move from surviving to thriving.

Our mission is to equip individuals with the tools, strategies, support, and spiritual insight necessary to rebuild their lives with clarity, confidence, wholeness, and purpose.

My Story –

The Becoming of Lateka S. Carter

I didn’t just wake up one day as a pastor, speaker, or entrepreneur with a purpose.
I was broken first.

There was a time when life had its foot on my neck — depression, dysfunction, financial struggle, feeling invisible, and like my voice didn’t matter. I felt like I was drowning in pain with no way out. The weight of it all made me believe that life just wasn’t worth it anymore.

I had moments when I wanted to give up. Really give up.
But somewhere in the darkness, I cried out to God — and He answered.
Not with instant perfection, but with a process. A healing. A total transformation.

That process didn’t just save my life — it birthed my purpose.

Today, I’m a healed woman, a mentor, a pastor, a builder of people and legacy. I walk boldly in the calling to help others reclaim their lives, break generational cycles, and become the brand-new version of themselves they were created to be. I’ve created courses, led conferences, mentored youth and adults, and poured into communities across Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, and beyond — not just to inspire, but to activate change.

I don’t just speak transformation. I live it. And I help others do the same.
